Mount Kalaga National Park sits on Leonida’s northern border, about as far from the neon of Vice City as the map gets. It’s the state’s answer to true wilderness: rugged forests, deep canyons, and winding rivers, with hunting, fishing, kayaking, and off-road trails all confirmed as things to do once you’re out there.
Getting to Mount Kalaga means passing through either Ambrosia or the Grassrivers first, and that isolation is intentional — this is where Leonida’s roads run out and the backcountry takes over.
Rockstar’s own description of the area mentions “hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals” living off the grid in the surrounding woods, suggesting the park is built to be more than scenery between missions.
