Lori Heder is Brian Heder’s third and current wife, and trailer footage makes it clear she isn’t just along for the ride — she’s shown handling assault rifles and pistols with the same ease as the men actually running Brian’s smuggling operation. Rockstar’s own materials classify her closer to a main supporting character than a background mention, which lines up with what little footage exists of her so far.
That comfort with weapons, combined with how closely she’s tied to Brian’s day-to-day business, suggests Lori plays a genuinely active role in the Keys’ criminal underworld rather than serving as a simple domestic partner watching from the sidelines. How that role intersects with Jason and Cal’s work for Brian is still unclear, but it’s a strong hint she has agency of her own in whatever comes next.
