Phil

Phil owns Phil’s Ammu-Nation and appears in an in-game TV commercial for the store during Trailer 2. He bears a striking resemblance to Phil Cassidy, a weapons dealer from the series’ 3D Universe era — younger this time, and notably with both arms intact, unlike the original. That detail has fans split on whether this is meant as a direct continuity nod, a full reimagining of the same character, or simply someone who happens to share the name and the trade.
